L. Benjamin Allen
Ben is an attorney with several years of litigation and trial experience, and is currently focused on diminished value and personal injury cases. Prior to joining Glascock Street Waxler, he worked at local law firms specializing in workers’ compensation and construction defect litigation. Prior to that, he served as a Deputy Attorney General in New Jersey, where he represented the State in employment litigation and child abuse cases. These experiences have given Ben extensive experience on his feet in the courtroom and in all aspects of active litigation, which he now adds to Glascock Street Waxler’s team of experienced trial attorneys.
Ben grew up in Yakima, Washington and attended college at the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington before moving to New Jersey to attend Rutgers School of Law. After ten years on the East Coast, Ben decided that it was time to move home to the Pacific Northwest.
Since moving back to Portland and getting married, Ben currently enjoys exploring the city with his wife by bicycle, playing with their dog, Luna, working on woodworking projects, and playing games with friends.
Ben enjoys using his extensive litigation experience to help his clients through what can seem like a confusing and intimidating process. He is admitted to practice in Washington and Oregon.
