Jodie has a civil litigation insurance defense practice with experience representing individuals and businesses in personal injury and general negligence matters. Understanding the difficulties clients face, she has the aptitude and compassion to help clients navigate what can sometimes be a complicated and onerus process. She has tried and arbitrated cases in Oregon, arbitrated matters in Washington, and is skilled in preparing and arguing trial motions in state and federal courts, taking and defending depositions, and preparing witnesses and experts for depositions and trials. She was born and raised in Illinois, received her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) and graduated from Willamette University College of Law. She is proud to call Portland her home for 20 years.

Away from the office, you can find Jodie exploring the bounties of the Northwest’s artisan food and craft beverage scene or trying out a new recipe at home with her husband and son.
