Insurance and General Casualty Defense
Glascock Street Waxler attorneys have extensive knowledge and experience in defending personal injury claims including automobile accidents, product liability claims, premise liability claims, job-site injury, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, liquor liability, and toxic tort claims arising from allegedly toxic substances, including defense of large multi-national corporations in asbestos lawsuits. Given the firms extensive trial experience, a number of the cases we handle involve excess exposure—cases in which the client does not have enough insurance to cover the amount of damages claimed in the lawsuit.

Glascock Street Waxler handles a number of complex commercial disputes, including shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, entity dissolution claims, violation of trade secrets, real estate disputes, contract disputes, trademark infringement, and collections.
